One80 Salon Policies
We require a credit card to retain on file at time of booking. This goes in line with our 24 hour cancellation policy, see below.
Your appointments are very important to us and the team members of one80 salon. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and appointment changes.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. In addition to our text message and email reminders, our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply, going forward.
One80 Salon’s Strict and Enforced 24 Hour Cancellation Policy
-Less than 24 hour notice will result in a fee of $50 per appointment (example: color and haircut)
-“No shows” will be charged a $50 fee per appointment (example: color and haircut)
In the event that you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or you cancel a same day appointment, we will require a credit card to hold on file before we are able to re-book you another appointment. In case you were to no show or cancel same day again, we would automatically charge the card 50% of the services you had booked for the day.
One80 Salon Late Policy
If you arrive 15 minutes past the start time of your confirmed appointment, we cannot guarantee that we are able to accommodate you for your full service. We ask that you please give us a call if you anticipate running behind. We will do our best to accommodate you with your existing service that is scheduled, or come up with alternatives to satisfy your needs.
As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. In addition to this, one80 salon also conveniently offers text message and email reminders and confirmations for appointments, which you are able to opt in/out of. If we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fees.
Gratuities will only be accepted as cash or check. Any gratuity written in the form of a check must be written as a separate check made out to the stylist. Any and all gratuities will only be accepted at the front desk.
We guarantee all of our work and if you are not pleased with your service then please contact the salon within 7 days of your original service for to speak with your technician so we may rectify the issue for you.
One80 salon leads the industry by providing the most advanced product lines available. However, if you are ever dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you may bring back your product for an exchange or full refund.
This policy includes Kerastase & L’Oreal Professionel hair care products.
